Goodwill continues to experience significant growth, through both new expansions and renovations of existing stores. Notably, significant projects include the remodeling of a Goodwill location in the West Loop of Chicago, where Benson is proud to be involved.

Large retail building remodels, particularly “open store” remodels, present unique challenges that require careful planning and execution. Aside from working in a congested urban area such as Chicago, these projects demand special consideration for merchandise protection, customer safety, scheduling disruptions, and operational constraints.
